Chef Oliver Glowig earned his first Michelin Star at the ‘Acquarello’ restaurant in Munich in 2001 before departing to follow his passion for Italian food at the Capri Palace on Italy’s Amalfi coast. In 2010 this accomplished chef set his sights on Rome to showcase his unique take on classic Italian cuisine, very quickly earning two Michelin stars for his eponymous restaurant at the chic Hotel Aldrovandi Villa Borghese, with its breathtaking views overlooking the Eternal City.
