Chef of the Year Brian Becher Executive Chef, re Asian Cuisine

2015 Bahrain_Winner Badge_Final-01The panel spent a great deal of time debating, what was another very close call and probably one of the most difficult decision of the awards.

Chef Brian puts much of his success down to his ‘Grandma’s kitchen’ where he used to watch her prepare meals for the entire family. It wasn’t long before he developed a strong passion for cooking. Chef Brian worked at Borgata in Atlantic City for six years, before arriving in Bahrain to take the helm at re Asian Cuisine, and the enormous challenges of cooking under two of the most auspicious names in the industry; Four Seasons and Wolfgang Puck.
